Cramping AFTER period.

Hey all, I’ve been having some pretty mild cramps and I’m a week after my period, and 16 days until my next one. It feels like the first day of my period cramps.

I’m on birth control, I took the first day of this month a little later than usual, but have been taking it everyday, same time since. I’m not pregnant as I’ve just had my period and I took a pregnancy test a few days ago and it was negative.

I’ve definitely had cramps after my period before but not as strong as these, I actually had to take Advil to dull it. I never have normal BMs, and ice gone twice today so I’m not really sure that’s it, I just don’t know what’s going on and can’t really consult a doctor right now...
