So my midwives said our hospital is making pregnant women get the corona virus test at 39 weeks so that they know if we have it when we give birth and when we give birth they will isolate my son from me if I’m positive (which I have zero symptoms) can they do this and is anyone having to do this? I’m isolating myself anyways but I feel like why would they take my kid ? He needs to be on the boob ! There hasn’t even been infants getting it and i know there is pregnant women who have given birth with it. I’m just annoyed like not just for me but for every pregnant mama. Ps. My midwife disagrees with they happening she says it’s stupid they would take the baby away.
