So uh I have this best friend, let’s call him L. L and I talk every single night up until like 6AM and we have both absolutely WRECKED our sleep schedules together. We play video games together, we do schoolwork/homework together, and overall just do everything and anything together (of course over the internet because of quarantine). When we were still able to go to school, we’d walk out of math class together and since we’d sit next to each other in math, we’d work together on worksheets and stuff, and when we’d go home we’d help each other with homework, so even then we did a lot together. Sometimes we’d even go to the park together and I’d walk home with him after school. In around January of this year, I’ve started to have feelings for him, and those feelings have only grown over the months. Over the past few weeks, I’ve noticed I’ve been a little more worried I guess that he doesn’t like me, since he has much more talented and pretty friends that I could never compete with. One day when I was being a big bitch baby and we were calling, I was like “Man I wish I was love able to pretty :(((( that’d be so cool :(((“ and he replied with “but you are!!!!!!!!” and while that’s a fairly normal response, this is where things get funky. Usually, he wouldn’t say ANYTHING like that, he’d just say “sameee” or like “imagine wanting to be loved and pretty, couldn’t be me” like??? que????? So I’m like i n t e r e s t i n g but don’t really think anything of it. Fast forward to last week, and I notice he’s been acting a little I guess less sarcastic and cold with me??? But I’m just like “dude stop trying to convince yourself he likes you clown” but THEN {this is where it gets GROOVY} he texts me a TikTok that was like “text this to someone without context” and then it goes on to list a bunch of stuff like “this person has fantasized about kissing/dating you” and then stuff like “this person has considered cutting you off” and lastly “this person considers you as their best friend!”. See what I mean by groovy??? So a little later when we call, he mentions it and is like “which one do you think applies to you??” and I said “I dunno I guess I thought you had considered cutting me off fisbwkchKDBWKBD”. So then he goes “what?? why would I consider cutting you off?? you’re like the only person that stays up as late as me and you’re like one of the only people im able to actually talk to!!” so later after we hang up I’m like “hMmm” and have been trying to figure out if he considers me as a best friend or if he likes me so big brain right here 😳✌️😳✌️😳✌️ He’s has still been a lot I guess softer when it come to talking to me and uh yeah,,,,, opinions, hand them over 😡😡😡😡😤😤😤😤😤🤲🤲🤲🤲🤲
