Why is it so hard to pick name this time?!

With my son I always knew I wanted the name David and my husband was on board with the name. Now we are having a girl and I can’t seem to pick a name. There are a couple we have discussed and are on the list but none give me much excitement like it is it. Ugh!  Both grandmas keep asking for her name and feels like I’ll give birth and still not have a name 🤦🏻‍♀️.   Alright. End of rant.

I’m struggling really bad too, I have quite a few names I like but I feel like I don’t love any of them. At this point I think I just want to see her first and then name her.

Yup I’m feeling the same way. My first child I had no problem with a name and her father is fine with it this time around we can’t agree on any name and I’m not in love with any of the names we come up with... I think I need to see her first

I have so many names picked out and would be happy with any of them but he’s being stubborn. He will be like “ok you can have this name” but then a day or two later he’s like “no I like this one instead” or “how about _____” it’s so frustrating. I feel like she’s going to be nameless and he even said she will just be known as “girl” 🤦🏻‍♀️

We spent three years trying to get pregnant and literally agree on ONE girl’s name. One name in 3 years! 😂 hundreds of names that wouldn’t work.

This baby has no name yet as I haven't found anything I LOVE.  My last baby didn't have a name until a few hours after she was born and I could see her face.

I feel ya. We picked our first sons name immediately. With this one we had a girls name but turns out it’s a boy and we just can’t decide!! I think for us there’s just so much other stuff going on

This was us this time too. Our son was so easy to name . We agreed on Sophia Mae for our little girl. But we went back and forth for a while trying to narrow it down.

Same. First kid we had it narrowed down to two for each gender and then decided after delivery. This one, we’re not excited about any names. This one is also a surprise for gender, but we don’t have names for either gender! Our son is named after my husband, so that was pretty easy. This is not.
