40+ day cycle? Help!

Hi all,
I’m now on cycle day 40, no sign of a period and have had 2 negative tests. I had some super light spotting about a week ago but that’s it. I’m getting a bit worried about my ever increasing cycle lengths...

Terrifying google searches suggest this could mean I’m either not ovulating or ovulating irregularity. Any thought/advice/ ladies in a similar situation?

Have you been checked for pcos? That’s what I have. My cycles are anywhere from 32-48 days. My body has no idea what it’s doing I swear. I managed to get pregnant in March, ended up ectopic. But even with my irregular cycles it happened. Hoping it can happen again!

Any weight gain or weight loss this month? Can cause you too skip or have a light short period. Happened to me in November, gain ALOT of weight after a miscarriage then December I had a 2 day period. Then a 47 day cycle.
