Concerned please help...could I be pregnant?

Last month I was spotting for 11days and when it stopped the next day I woke up to brown discharge, then the day after that it was pink. After that I had period like cramps for a week in my lower back. Everything stopped after that week but now this month has came and my period is late and, also whenever a little air hit my nipples it’s like they are on fire. It hurt so bad to the point I want to cry and I never had this pain before. Now I’m cramping but no period
