Any tips?

So we're TTC for four cycles now. Today the spotting started so my period is on it's way.. I know that it isn't that long but it's the first time I'm really disappointed.
I've used this app (and another one) from the start, did ovulation tests, we had sex every day of my fertile period,.. 
I can't shake the feeling that there is something wrong. Since we started talking about TTC I felt like 'it's not going to be easy'.. Do you guys have any tips for me?

I know the feeling. I’m only 26 and TTC for 8 months with no luck :( I did a lot of research and have been doing the sperm meets egg plan and using preseed during fertility week.
Women: I have been taking prenatal vitamins daily, folic acid daily, macca root supplement daily
Men: he started taking Fertilaid for men last month
So far we haven’t got our BFP but thought I would share this as I did hours of research and heard many supporting stories about the above strategies.

It takes up to a year for healthy couple to get pregnant. 
I was on birth control pills for almost 5 years. Stopped taking them in May. It took us 9 months to get pregnant. And i was ovulating since 1st cycle off pills( i was using opk to comfirm it). 
Last TTC cycle we started to eat more veggies and fruits and nuts( walnuts,  sunflower seeds and almonds). But i and my husband didn't take any extra supplements except prenatal and folic acid for me and daily vitamins for him. We were using preseed only on my fertile days, cause I'm pretty dry there...Also that last month when i told my husband that it is peak day he got stressed so he didn't ejaculate ( i calmed him down and told that it is okay, we still have time to conceive next month), but next day everything worked well and i thought that we are out. But nope, positive test and now 17 weeks pregnant😊
I know it is hard to wait and really disappointing every month to get your period. But keep doing what you are doing and try to enjoy your sex routine as much as you can!

There is probably nothing wrong with you! It normally takes up to a year to conceive, don’t give up hope! Try having sex every other day instead of everyday during your fertile week. Keep your stress levels down and try not to think about it so much! It will happen, good luck!
