Advice please! - Metformin

I started Metformin 2 weeks ago today, I took it once a day for a week and from last Friday I am taking 2 a day. Last Thursday I got my peak opk, so my apps are saying I ovulated on Friday 10th. I haven’t been temping.

My question is, does it really work that quick? I’ve also been taking MyOva tablets that contain myo-inositol for about 3 weeks.

I had really watery discharge and since I (🤞) ovulated I’ve had really sore boobs and nipples, like so sore the thought of my BF touching them makes me wince! Also been feeling a bit emotional and seriously craving chips and mayo today 🤣

I don’t know if it’s all in my head or... whether I might have actually had a normal-ish cycle? I guess really I need to wait and see if my predicted period comes but I just don’t want to get my hopes I’m. Never the girl that things happen to easily so I just wanted some advice x
