6 1/2 weeks nausea went away

I found out on tuesday (2 days ago) i am 6 weeks 3 days pregnant. I was so sick and tired couldnt do anything but sleep yesterday and i woke up today feeling perfectly fine. This is my second pregnancy and i havent made it to the dr yet so just wondering if i should be worried about a miscarriage at all or if maybe because my hormones are out of whack if its effecting my nausea. Thanks!
