What can I do if I never feel in the mood to have sex?

Ever since I got pregnant my sex drive in in the floor. I thought that it was normal at first because I was pregnant and I’ve heard it is possible for a pregnant women to not feel a desire to have sex or in my case it was also uncomfortable but now my son is 7 months old and I still haven’t gone back to normal I have no desire to do it at all and if I do I don’t enjoy it the way I should or I don’t even reach orgasm.  Please help?

It took you approximately 9 months to grow a human being inside your body affecting all of your hormones. Give it some time to get used to the fact that it's not carrying precious cargo anymore. 🙂 I have 3 kiddos and my bounce back has been different with each one. My first took me the longest to get back to feeling frisky again.. was also my worst with post partum depression. After my second I realized my hormones just needed time to balance themselves back out...taking vitamins and doing light exercise helped speed that up.  Took about a year almost two years to feel like my sex drive was normal again.  If you're truly concerned about something being wrong though I would talk to your obgyn or primary care doctor.
