Does anyone work at Verizon that can help me?

I recently switched from iPhone to the Google Pixel 4 X and I HATE it. I have had it for a couple months so I'm outside the time where I can trade it in for a different phone. Is there still a way to trade this in and get an iPhone without completely paying off my phone bill?

You’ll have to pay off the phone. The best thing you could do is pay it off and try and sell it (not to Verizon because they’ll give you less then what it’s actually worth) and then buy an iPhone

Did you finance it for 24 months or pay for it up front? 
If you did the 24 months you would have to pay it off before getting a new phone.
