Symptoms?

So I posted last night about light pink spotting that occurred on 4/11-4/12 off and on. I had mild cramps so I was thinking that AF was coming. (My cycles have been so irregular since stoping bc a year ago). However the last 2 months AF has arrived on the 14th. Anyways...spotting stopped and AF never arrived. So I took a test on Tuesday. BFN. Last night started getting a really bad headache, which hasn’t gone away.. (could be stress I know). Just wondering if I could have ovulated late and maybe the spotting was implantation? I am going to re test next week, just wondering if anyone else experienced this any got their BFP? Or just mid cycle spotting and a late period due to stress?
