Hey everyone. I’m wondering if this a sign. I been having really sore nipples and i thought because i was cold they hurt but they were hurting while I’m warm also. I just been having a headache all day and hot flashes and feel a little dizzy.

Definitely could be, especially if it’s not normal for you this time of month. One of my first noticeable symptoms was my boobs feeling heavy about a week before my period, they normally only feel heavy about a day or two before my period. What DPO are you? Maybe you should take a test!
