Tummy tuck after baby ?

I had my first baby about 8 months ago . I am having a really hard time losing the baby weight . I lost about half but the rest is all in my belly . And the skin just kinda hangs there and it really bothers me . I went from a thin athletic 115 pounds to 176 before I gave birth . I’m stuck at 155 and really don’t like my body anymore . So I am considering a tummy tuck. Anyone know more information about them or had one themselves . Please share experiences and befor and after photos and if it leaves a scar
