I’m currently 29 weeks. I took my 1st test at 23ish weeks. I failed, levels were 180. I have to take all blood tests and whatnot at a testing lab near my hospital. I wasn’t able to take the 3 hour one before the Covid outbreak because I had to have my husband with me (we live an hour away and I had no family available, I passed out during the 1 hour test and I’m anemic). So by the time I was able to schedule it, the stay at home order was put in place. I called my doctor and told him I didn’t feel comfortable leaving the house and getting it done as the same lab I go to was doing Covid testing. They said that was fine since I’ve changed my diet. Now they keep calling me saying I have to get it done but the cases are 10x worse now. I’m not going to sit inside a testing lab with potential positive cases for 3 hours. Will baby be okay? He’s been totally healthy and measuring right on point so far. I’ve altered my diet and feel fine as well. I’ve never been pre diabetic or anything til this.
