DO NOT WEAR AN N95 MASK WHILE PREGNANT!!! ....Story below...

Went to my appointment today with an assortment of masks as they were requiring I wear one for my appointment.

I had a fabric homemade mask, a construction dust mask, and a N95 mask.

I wasn’t sure what they were hoping I wear so I went in with my fabric mask is it’s the most comfortable but asked my doctor once in the office.

he highly suggested pregnant women AVOID the n95 mask as it could limit oxygen to the baby and cause significant distress!

DO NOT WEAR THE N95 MASK UNLESS TOLD TO!
