Help please

Hi ladies, I wanted some advice and input. My fiancé and I have been trying for a few months. Last year I decided to get off birth control and we have been having unprotected sex but we weren’t “trying” to get pregnant it was more if it happens it happens. I have PCOS I’m 25 I weigh 103 my OBGYN said that I don’t have the normal symptoms for PCOS besides irregular periods. So last year in October I had my first positive pregnancy test but it ended up being a chemical pregnancy. My question is, am I able to have children ? I have always been scared that I couldn’t have babies but ever since I seen that first positive test I have always had hope in becoming pregnant.
