Hi I just want to feel encouraged
So i have been living a shitty life and have had 6 abortions and the last was recent its been a few months i wasn't counting and now i am in a relationship engaged actually and am worried if i can still have kids. I dint want my fiance to know about it hence what he will think of me. And I have been trying to fall pregnant but am not sure if i do it wrong or i just cant anymore.
