Horrible skin because of pill!

Has anyone any tricks to help get rid of this? They're completely flat (not like a raised pimple) and stay there for months and I cant get rid of them. My skin was pretty clear before starting the pill and ever since the skin around my mouth and chin is completely covered in these flat red marks. It's got even worse since this photo and its ruining my confidence, I feel horrible. Edit: I've tried multiple pills and bc and all of them make me bleed constantly with horrible headaches and cramps. This is the only pill that gives me no bad side effects apart from my skin.
