Lack of exercise is depressing me
I need to vent but i am open to your advice or feedback.
I feel like shit. I am the heaviest I’ve ever been. Breastfeeding makes me so hungry and especially since quarantine I haven’t been able to make the best decisions (cereal at midnight anyone?). I normally love working out and crave it but I literally have no time now with a 4 year old at home and not in school and my baby who hates sitting in one place for more than 7 minutes. Someone always needs something. I tried talking to my husband about it but it was no use he offered no help or suggestion. Are any of you fitting workouts in? I would wake up before they do but then my boobs will be full and it will be hard and uncomfortable to work out. Ugh.
