Weight loss in early pregnancy?

Hey mom's
Did any of you suddenly drop weight before finding out you were pregnant? ( Like all the nutrients were going to your bun?)

Yes. My morning sickness was so bad. I couldn't hold anything down and so I couldn't gain weight. I tried. My dietician told me to eat literally anything that I could to gain weight, because for the first half of my pregnancy, I was losing, not gaining. And so I ate all things fast food and sweets 😂

I didn’t gain a pound in my first trimester. Actually lost one.

My friend was saying she knew with her second that was what it was because she lost 10lbs in two weeks. So she tested and then felt nauseous lol 
I've been trying for two years and suddenly dropped as much as her and that's why she brought that up. And I'm supposed to start next week. So I just wanted to ask some mommies if it's a thing or just my friend.  :)
