Breast pain for 2 days?

Hi all - I am a pumper and have been experiencing r sided breast pain for 2 days now. I assumed it was a plugged milk duct but it hasn’t resolved, although feels slightly better. I’ve been doing warm compresses when I can and a daily warm shower w massage where the pain is. However the pain isn’t in one small part it is basically the whole underside of my breast plus on the side? It seems like a large area. I’m still pumping ok. Anyone experience this or know if I’m right? Any other tips! It’s rather uncomfortable. I’m taking Tylenol as well. Thanks in advance!
