Me and my crush started dating finally like a week ago the first night he was super exited he was texting me and all but I don’t know wtf went wrong he ve seen my msg and just don’t reply and that hurts 
Ps :We liked each other for 6months before that . And I m sure there is a huge lack of communication.
So should I tell him that .

I would just keep it short and simple “hey, I don’t mind if you’re busy or something, but it makes me feel _____ when you read my message and don’t respond”

How long hasn't he messaged you? Maybe he's busy dealing with something or got too distracted with a game or another hobby. 
I wouldn't word it like that. Sounds too intense and overbearing. A simple - is everything ok today, something's wrong? Might be enough.

Honesty is definitely the best way, yes.
But I think you also have to be careful how you word things. Especially as you’ve only been dating a short while. Like I think saying you’re not clingy, actually makes you sound a little clingy? It sounds a bit intense after a week together. 
I think keep it simple at this stage- like the other person said. 
“Hi, just hoping to talk, I miss you! you might be busy - let me know when you’re free”
