20 week scan echogenic bowel

Has anyone had a diagnosis of echogenic bowel at their 20w scan?

I’ve had a traumatic journey up to this point, 4 first trimester mc. Septate uterus diagnosis, removal of the septum. Pregnant this time. Diagnosed with an incompetent cervix, had a stitch and now I’m on progesterone. Went to the 20w scan worrying about my stitch and cervix, never imagined something else would be wrong too.

Echogenic bowel is a soft marker for Down’s syndrome, cystic fibrosis and various infections such as Cytomegalovirus that can be life limiting.

Our nhs Down syndrome came back as low, 1:2,300. I had the harmony test yesterday to double check but now need to see a fetal medical specialist to have bloods for the infections and CF.
