So I’m 13 days late and I’ve taken 3 test and they’ve all been negative. But I’ve been nauseous for about a month and my breasts are sensitive. With everything going on I can’t go to my doctors idk what to do

You absolutely can and should go to the doctor if you need. At the very least, reach out if you’re sick, they may use telehealth. 
With that said, it sounds as though you’re not pregnant. Women miss periods from time to time. Pregnancy isn’t the only reason for a late or missed period.

Late period doesn’t always mean pregnancy if you tested and it was negative it’s probably hormonal
