HELP PLEASE

I am currently 36 weeks and this is my first pregnancy. I’ve been getting lightening pain (constant quick sharp pains in vagina) and also in my anus. I’ve read that the sharp pain in anus is caused by growing baby putting pressure on anal nerves. I just want to know if this is a sign that labor is around the corner? Or what does it mean? I’ve been feeling this lightening pain and anal pain more often now in days. Has anyone experienced this before? Along with these pains, my morning sickness came back once I hit third trimester and I feel completely shitty. The things we mamas go through 😪😰
