I need help!!

Okay mamas! I know this is such a common question but my body is SO MESSED UP! So

March 3rd I had a miscarriage (6w 5d)

March 25th I had a major bowel resection surgery to remove a giant desmoid tumor in my abdomen.

March 31st I started my period. It was a normal flow and lasted 5-6days.

April 11 we had sex (6 days after af).

Today, April 19, I got a BFP!! I mean that line showed up within 10 seconds. It’s only been 8 days since sex...

so my question is:

am I 3wks prego or could i have ovulated late last month due to miscarriage?

Ps: I am a mom to two. I know how all this shit works when it’s NORMAL but my body has really hated me this year so I’m just confused. Also: don’t judge me for having sex so soon after a surgery. It’s not your life.
