How do I get my almost 1 month old to fall asleep by herself?

My baby will be 1 month on the 22nd and I’m still having a hard time getting her to fall asleep on her own. Sometimes she will fall asleep on her own in the swing (if it’s off because she doesn’t like the movement) I think she likes the incline of it, but most of the time I have to let her fall asleep after a feeding and in my arms or she’ll freak out a minute or so after I put her down. 
I’m not sure what to do because my son took to his crib on his own about a week after he was born

I read that it takes babies about 20 minutes to get into a deep sleep. So i started trying to bounce and rock her for 20 minutes (she has to be asleep for that full 20 minutes) and then laying her down. I’ve been doing it for almost a week- naps and bedtime- and it’s worked every time so far! So maybe your little one isn’t making it to deep sleep. Hope this helps!!!

My son is almost a month and a half and he can't put himself to sleep yet. It's normal for babies this young to not be able to fall asleep on their own. I think your son was ahead of the curve, which is great. I don't think there's anything you can do to speed up her learning process. She will do it on her own time when she's finally ready.

Maybe ask the dr about how to safely incline your baby while sleeping? I read on another post a commenter whose dr suggested a 15 degree incline but I’m not sure how to do it was suggested.
