what side of car did you put your car seat?

I put it on the drivers side. I read that drivers supposedly naturally protect their side of the car. I have also seen that it’s easier to put it behind the passenger seat in the case that you park roadside, so you can get baby out curbside. There is no side (besides center) that is statistically safer.

We don’t have much options since our car has captain seating in the middle row! But I would for sure see the manual to see exactly where the car seat is safest!

My first was always behind the driver side. Just moved her toddler seat to behind the passenger with the baby seat behind driver. Honestly just due to being easier to put the pumpkin seat in on the driver’s side the way our garage is set up

I put the infant seat behind the passenger seat. That way if I need to reach back for baby, I am not breaking my arm to reach behind me. Our toddlers car seat is not behind driver seat.

My 3 year old is in a middle seat behind driver seat my 5 year old is in the back row on passenger side and baby will be in the middle of the back row so my 5 year old can be my helper. The other seat in the middle row is stowed so I can easily access the back row from the passenger side
