32 + 3 BH or contractions?

Question

I am having tightening of my abdomen. It has been happening for about 8 hours and getting more frequent. They don’t hurt just feel like squeezing and uncomfortable, particularly below my ribs but above my belly button. It’s just worrying me because they are becoming more frequent. I have a normal appointment for tomorrow so I will mention it. 
Has anyone had this before? Does this sound like Braxton Hicks?

Try drinking a LOT of water, about a gallon. Take a warm bath for about 20 minutes. Those 2 together should slow them down. While you’re in the tub time them and keep track. If you start having around 7 an hour after water and bath call your OB, they might have you get get checked.

I feel like you're in early labor. Do they go away if you lay down? The fact that they're so consistent is making me think they are early contractions.

I had this yesterday for about 4 hours. Mostly consistent then they just stopped. No labor yet!

Honestly, my BH contractions kinda hurt. They feel like a Charlie horse in my pelvic region. But they only last like 25 sec and are not consistent. Real contractions feel like really bad period cramps and back pain. They get unbearably strong as the progress and are pretty consistent. You may jus have some uterine spasms happening.
