Can your 2 yr old dress themselves?

My 2 yr old can full dress himself from shirt to pants to socks and shoes. And he puts everything on correctly. My friend told me he is way advanced for doing this and that most kids can’t do that until they are around 4. So I’m wondering if she’s right or if any of you have a little one that can fully dress themselves.

My daughter is great about her shoes but still needs help with everything else. She tries, and sometimes gets it but gets frustrated with it easily and asks for help.

My son can't. But he can undress himself! He does his arms & pulls up his pants. He still needs help. He can put on & take off his socks & shoes though. He can zip & snap together how jackets. But by himself? No. He needs help.

My little one can, sometimes back to front /inside out / shoes wrong feet but mostly ok

Nope, she can't do up buttons or zips, so she needs help a lot of the time. Socks, shoes, tshirts, vests, knickers, leggings - no problem. Cardigans, things with zippers, trousers with buttons - she can get them on, but not fasten them.

Nope. She can do shoes and pants when she wants and can take her jacket on and off but that’s about it.
