Abnormal bleeding on the patch

So I’ve been on the patch for about a year. I’ve never had any problems on it until recently. A few months ago I was out of the country and left my patch off a week early so that I wouldn’t be bleeding the week I was swimming with sharks (I was just a little paranoid about it). I had a normal period and continued my patch like normal after that. The next month I just kind of spotted instead of having a heavy flow. Then the following month (which was last month) I had a normal period. After this period, which was my last period, I had one week free of bleeding. Now I’m bleeding again but I have a patch on and I’m not due for another period for another 2 weeks. Should I be concerned ?
