Help im freaking out

Soooo im 6weeks and 3days i a lump well I thought it was until I called my doctor as im describing the pain she tells me she thinks it’s a cyst 🥺 I know you guts guys aren’t doctors but a little insight if you been through this before what was the turn out google helps but then i do to much digging and searching now im scared the pain comes and goes its sharp no cramping or bleeding but i do get a sharp shooting pain in vagina i took a pregnancy test the test line is darker hopefully my lil bean is OK this is my first pregnancy so I’m scared thank you for your help
