Pregnant on birth control?

So long story short I had my son in March of last year and got on the nexplanon implant right at my 6 week appointment. I’m now about 13.5months PP and the entire time I had my period every 2 weeks, I never went more than like 11 days between periods, my last period was April 5, and I still haven’t gotten it, which is completely unlike my regular cycle since giving birth. I’ll post a photo of what my periods been looking like. Is it possible I could be pregnant? By how my period usually is it’s “late” but I’m actuality it’s only been like a little over 2 weeks since my last period.
