Nasal Bone ????

I’m just so nervous. This is my third anatomy scan for the same baby bc she wasn’t cooperating and they were unable to complete the exam the previous times . This last time the doctor came in after the tech and said she is setting me up with a genetic counselor bc on the baby’s profile they cannot see a nasal bone but in the 3d scan everything looks normal. I’ve had genetic testing and the only thing I Came up as a carrier for is alpha thalassemia. This will be my second baby and with the same parents so I’m just so lost as to why this pregnancy seems to be running so hard for me smh. I’m 22 weeks and 6 days . But found out I was pregnant at 19 weeks . So I’m late with everything but still . Does this sonogram look normal?
