Strictly breastfeeding but experiencing spit up
Hi everyone so my 1 week old is currently only breastfed yet he spits up. I called the Pediatrician and she said it could be because I’m not burping him enough. But I’m still concerned because even after he burps and I lay him down, I still sometimes see spit up. She also said to cut back on dairy but, I haven’t had dairy since I was in the hospital. Is or has anyone experienced this and if so did anything help?
