What is your favorite vegan meal?

I’m trying to figure out something special to eat that I normally wouldn’t spring for if it’s too expensive. But I want to go all out for my anniversary. So what are some of the best vegan meals you have had? Expensive is not a problem.

I loooove a good buddha bowl, wagamamas is my fav so i usually copy some of their recipies like wok fried greens and do a nice salad rice tofu buddha bowl with it mmmmm 😋🥗🍜😋

My husband and I like simple - a nice burger, we love the beyond one. Lots of times well buy the beyond “ground meat” and add whatever seasonings we want in it and form it into patties or meatballs etc
