Signs?

I’m all about looking for signs and it’s getting a little freaky. Hoping for a rainbow baby this month and last night I had a BFP dream (last time I had a dream like that I was pregnant!) and now the bubbles in my bath is shaped (kinda) like a womb and ovaries, or a heart, or a womb with a sac in the middle! I’m only 8 DPO so am trying to hold of testing until my AF is late.
