Wisdom tooth holes and jaw/gums suppose to cause bad pain 2 weeks later? I'm sick of medicine!

It's been almost 2 weeks. My bottom holes still cause pain, especially when I yawn. I'm still taking ibuprofen and Tylenol throughout the day, and being woken by uncomfortable pain at night. Pain especially in the bottom gums, especially near my giant holes.. I don't think this is normal and I am SICK OF TAKING MEDICINE!! 
Any insight??

I just got mine taken out about a week and a half ago. Still feeling some pain, but getting better each day. 2 of them were pulled out and one was cut out, and the one that was cut is still healing and causing me discomfort. I’m definitely tired of taking medicine also, and having my sleep be effected by it all, but my dentist said as long as it’s not getting worse, then it’s healing.

Sounds like an infection. I was fine by day 4
