Has anyone been unable to get a positive pregnancy test while pregnant? Husband and I don’t use protection (we also dont track ovulation) and my period is 7 weeks late. Skipped it once and now I’m 12 days late again. 10 weeks and 4 days since my last period. I’ve never been over 9 days late!! But I cannot get a positive pregnancy test. I started testing awhile after my first missed period. 
I’ve had pregnancy symptoms and cramps (off and on, milder than period cramps). I’ve had cramps the past 4 days off and on with no spotting in sight. I never have cramps more than a days before I see blood... usually I get cramps a couple hours after I actually start bleeding. 
Lotssss of cervical mucus (clear and watery or egg white) which is highly unusual for me. Had to start wearing panty liners. 
I would go to the doc but with the coronavirus going on right now it’s a bit more difficult (I have to go through the military insurance and the base is currently on minor lockdown for quarantine).

Read Taking Charge of Your Fertility by Toni Weschler. Based on your cervical fluid, you may be ovulating now which means your period won’t come for another 2 weeks or so. Unfortunately unless you’re actively tracking cervical fluid and basal body temperature, there’s no way to confirm that, even OPKs can be unreliable, especially if you happen to have a hormonal imbalance.
If you’ve gone 10 weeks without a period, you really should see your doctor and see if it’s due to a hormonal imbalance like PCOS. My cycles used to vary anywhere between 18-98 days because of my PCOS. I’ve since learned how Myo-Inositol can help regulate my cycles and my last 2 were only a day apart.

It’s not likely that you’re pregnant. Being that late, you would have a positive test by now. Periods can be late for other reasons so it could be that you are not ovulating or it could a hormonal imbalance. Only a doctor would be able to get to the root cause of your missed period.

Unfortunately if you were pregnant you would be getting a positive of some sort at some point in time. Our bodies do weird things for weird reasons, there’s most likely an underlying issue going on. For me, after my second daughter was born and I discovered I had endometriosis, which progressive got worse over the last 6 1/2 years. For 5 of those years I had totally normal periods, I had surgery to remove the endo last year, which in theory should make everything g better, and I had the weirdest, most off track periods ever since. 
Switch to tricare select and go off base 🤷🏼‍♀️ way better than the base drs and you don’t have to deal with referrals.

I was in your shoes.. super late period out of the ordinary and lots of bfn. I had symptoms of pregnancy but I went to get a blood test the other day and it was negative for me. I guess my body just skipped a period. Now I’m waiting to see if my period comes in the next 2 weeks. It’s saddening.

Anything is possible. It’s most likely that you’re not pregnant, but there could be a slight chance that you are. It might be worth going to the doctor for a blood test, if anything it will ease your mind.
