Bleeding in early pregnancy

Hey ya'll just found out I am about 6 weeks pregnant. However for about the past week I have had some heavier spotting, it's not enough to wear a panty liner but when I wipe there is definitely rusty colored blood there, every time. Sometimes it's a good amount on the toilet paper and other times it's like a little bit of light pink. I've also had some pretty bad gas and constipation cramps but nothing outside of that. Anybody else experience light bleeding more so than spotting and everything turn out okay? Just nervous as my last pregnancy was ectopic.
