Can you get a sinus infection from throwing up through your nose ?

Sorry this probably is a stupid question but I feel so off. Last night I threw up and tried to hold it to get to the bathroom, and it came out my nose. Afterwards my head felt like a ballon and my nose and upper face was burning bad. I tried to blow my nose to clear it as much as I could and eventually fell asleep.

I woke up this morning and my nose is so stuffy and I can’t taste or smell anything and my head just feels really stuffy😩 this is probably such a bad time with this virus going around
