Losing weight while pregnant?
I gained a lot of weight PP just due to stress and overeating.. started working out right before I found out I was pregnant again (only three months PP😭). I am now overweight and feel upset with how my body looks and that droopy belly. and being only 8 weeks isn’t helping at all either cause I feel awful all the time! I’m wondering if I can continue to workout lightly (wall pushups, leg lifts, fire hydrants, leg bicycles) and keep my diet, which is very clean and nutritional for the most part. Any advice??
