Pregnant again???

Question

Is anyone else feel pregnancy symptoms such as fatigue and exhaustion 4 months postpartum... I have failed to go back to my normal health yet..what could be the cause? I checked for pregnancy and it turned out negative..

Are you breastfeeding?  I found with both of my kids that around this time I started getting exhausted and felt crappy.  It hasn't been as bad this time because I was more prepared. I find that I have to take a postnatal vitamin, drink an electrolyte drink and have a protein shake daily.  Your hormones are also still all over the place,  so there's that, and you haven't been getting great sleep in, well, forever.

I've also had a lot of pregnancy symptoms, but a negitive test. I think it's just hormones bc I'm pretty positive I'm not pregnant, just took a test to make sure.

Yes even nausea but I’ve been testing negative. I’m assuming hormones are all over the place still.
We use condoms so it’s very unlikely anyways

I have yet to get my period back (14 weeks pp) and we are not preventing it, but I’m also exhausted, etc. also testing negative. For me, I think it’s from pretty much not leaving the house or seeing other people during these scary times with covid-19. I will drive around aimlessly every few days, but I think my exhaustion is from being bored and I started working again (remotely) April 6th
