Pregnancy after miscarriage

March 12 I had brown spotting followed by heavy bleeding. I had had several positive pregnancy tests soon turning to negatives. March 26 was the start to a consistent negative test. The few symptoms I had disappeared the most noticeable being my enlarged tender breasts. Around easter my boobs got large again and tender I took another couple tests and they were all negative. The following weekend I was having dizzy spells sore breasts and severe fatigue. So I tested again and I got blazing positives and a digital positive. Had hcg draws on the 20th and they were 198 and on the 22nd they were 386 so that looks good. I still have very minimal symptoms and some brown spotting (very minimal). Its driving me crazy that I have no idea when I got pregnant or how far along I "should be" any of you have experience with this kind of situation?
