Thoughts?

I'm worried, last night i had a weird feeling in my stomach. I felt bloated like no other and i had weird little pains around my belly button, it continued thru the night when i woke up the bloated feeling was gone but not the belly button pain. I don't feel hungry or sick or any of that but i know i have to eat no matter what so thats what i'm doing. I don't know if its cause i've been struggling with constipation since i've became pregnant but i'm deff worried. I'm only 10w4d and my next doctors appointment for a sono isn't until the 7th. I googled it but i had to stop reading because i get so nervous. Has anyone else felt this way?
