Big clots NBD?

It’s CD 4, so my period is usually super light by now but it’s still pretty moderate. I’ve had no cramps at all this period, which is extremely unusual—normally day 1-2 I can barely move.

The clots are larger than normal and keep coming (usually they’d stop CD 2-3).

Today, I’m not feeling like myself. Generally fatigued, backache, headache, feeling pretty weak overall. I’m a little worried and am debating called an OB or midwife.

This “clot” is dense tissue and is the length of a quarter.
