Constantly craving sweets

I’m now 25 weeks pregnant and can’t stop craving sweets. It’s so overwhelming. Could this be a sign of gestational diabetes? I also have PCOS, endometriosis and hypothyroidism. I’m also constantly drinking water throughout the day.

If I have gestational diabetes, do you take medication for it? Will the medication help with the sugar cravings? I feel so bad I give in on these cravings more times than not... I’ve been working out for at least 45 minutes a day just to make me feel better. 🥺
