Virtual Baby Shower from Overseas

So I live in Taiwan. And my whole family lives in the U.S. Even without the virus, it would be hard to fly back there for a shower or the have a registry and get things shipped here.

With the virus, shipping has become a nightmare and I am not going anywhere.

My family is asking about how to get me stuff as this is our first child.

I am thinking a virtual Zoom shower. Any tips on things we should do?

As for gifts... what should we do? Amazon is not an option out here now as most products will not ship here because of the virus.
