Please help

I have what looks like a pimple on my nipple. Not my areola my actual nipple. It hurts pretty bad. I have acne to begin with on my face and chest but I’ve never had this before. I got nervous it’s herpes but only one herpes photo looked like it and it wasn’t just one bump it was a cluster. It looks like a white head that’s ready to pop and a tiny pin point red dot that showed up after putting witch hazel and acne medicine that helped it go down. My main question is does herpes normally show in clusters?? I don’t have anything anywhere else on my body. Just a bartholin cyst.
